Flower Delivery Information
Delivery Area
O’Connor Florist can deliver flowers to almost 100% of Canada and the United States. We can also deliver flowers, worldwide, to more than 150 countries across the globe. To place an international order, or for more specific information on the 150 countries we serve, please visit our International Page.
If you order by 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday Canada & USA. For same day service on the weekend please order by 12pm Saturday. Sorry No Sunday Deliveries. When orders are received after 1:00 pm, we will try our best to get your order shipped, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.
Specific Times
We are able to guarantee specific delivery dates, but not times during the day. Please include your requested time frame in the special instruction box when ordering. Our normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school.
Funerals
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home anyway to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery.
High Schools
High Schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher's gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because the usually must be received by 2pm.
Sunday Deliveries
Sorry, no Sunday deliveries.
P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses. We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural routes and will contact you if service is unavailable.
Care & Handling Charge
Florist delivered flowers have a care and handling charge of $14.95 for items shipped to Canada & US, and $19.00 for International items.

Substitution Policy
Substitution of your floral order may be necessary to send your order out
promptly. We take special care of each order to make it as similar as
illustrated on our website.

The Arrangement viewed online shall not be substituted in size whatsoever.

The fresh flowers used should be similar in style, color, and most importantly
value. Some flowers may be out of season, or temporarily unavailable,
therefore substitution in certain flowers may be necessary.

When substitution is required, we will make sure that the outcome of the
arrangement will not change.

For flowers such as roses, there shall be no substitution except in color.
